Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us in the first instance at enquiries@weebluecoo.co.uk within 7 working days of receiving your item. You have 30 days from the dispatch date to return your order to us for a refund (minus any postage costs). Items returned must be as new and in resalable condition. Please be sure to include the following information in your email:
- Your full name, company name (if applicable), postal address, email address and contact telephone number.
- The order number of the item(s) you would like to return.
- The reason for returning the item(s).
Return delivery charges are non-refundable. We highly encourage you to return items via a tracked method.
